You can see all the complaints, the ratings are not made up. Last week my mother fell head first out of her wheelchair. Went to hospital as she had laceration on her forehead, two huge black eyes. Two days later, she fell head first again out of her wheelchair and was laying in blood as no one saw her fall the second time. This time she had seven stitches on her eyebrow and looks like she was in a head on car crash. Many times I've gone in there and its around 11 am. My wheelchair bound mother is laying there in urine all morning as she has a colostomy bag that was so full it pulled off her body and was leaking all over her bo

My mom passed away at Hope Creek on September 25, 2025 after a two month rehab/stay. Mom came to Hope Creek after a hospital stay battling C- Diff. During her stay she had a blister that turned into an ulcer/ large sore. Our family's opinion of her care, and the conditions of the facility, are not very favorable. Mom's name was Elida; unfortunately, only 1 staff member was able to remember it. The majority pronounced it very differently than it was. That didn't make our mom feel good. One CNA called mom, "E" and she loved that. Another concern was the lack of follow through and communication between nurses and CNA'S. Paper work and test results were often misplaced. I wounded put my worst enemy in Hope Creek! Let’s just say if you care or love someone keep them out of Hope Creek!!! I had a friend in there and she wasn’t being changed was in wet urine cloth diapers. The place always smelled. She would ring her light for help if she could even reach it and wait forever to get help. They didn’t like that she was able to say what she wanted and needed it bothered the nurses and CNA. Every time I was there they acted like it bothered them to ask a question. When you love someone you want them to have the best care so don’t put them in HOPE CREEK! They treated my friend horrible!

The employees were the best on helping us to locate our love one. The facility was very clean and everyone that worked there too the time to say Hi and I thought that was AWESOME. Keep up the good work that you are doing. Roy

I went to visit my grandfather and when I got there he was laying in his urine no one bothered to change him and replace his sheets. The nurse name Linda was very rude she had an attitude and did not want to get up and check on him what an embarrassment to nursing care I would definitely not recommend anyone leave their loved one here.
