Hoover Urgent Care

We had the best experience this morning. The staff at the front were kind and accommodating; the nurse was sweet to my son; and Dr. Parish was efficient, helpful, and resourceful knowing we needed to leave town so quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will be back!

Dr. Parish is great. But the administrative systems here are a hot mess. Here's what you can expect when they send you a bill... no way to pay online. You have to either (1) call to use a card by phone WITH A FEE (and half the time you have to leave a voicemail), or (2) send a CHECK, or (3 - unbelievably...) write your card number on the invoice and mail it back. Come on y'all it's 2026! Your admin systems need to catch up here. It's a PITA to send you money. Also, FYI, you cannot legally ask people to write the 3 digit CVV security code on a piece of paper and send it through the mail. That's a violation of PCI DSS compliance and you could lose your card processing privileges.

I was here Sunday Nov 16, 2025 to get help with a surgical site issue and Dr. Todd and his staff were awesome and kind and thorough! They are a locally owned business and not part of a corporate conglomerate and took care of me without delay! I appreciated them sooo much! Thank you Dr.Todd - and staff!, this is my go to place from now on and I want everyone to know about it!

Staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Jason Todd, MD was phenomenal. When I ran out of controlled medication, he was very accommodating and able to solve my issue within the hour. Would highly recommend!

This urgent care is AWESOME! So professional, extremely responsive on the phone and has always gotten me in for a visit the same day I’ve called. Both Dr. Parrish and Dr. Todd are excellent - we are so blessed in Hoover to have this clinic!
