⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital HonorHealth Rehab is a very nice facility overall. The private rooms are excellent and make a big difference during recovery. Most staff members are kind and well-meaning, and when everything lines up, the care can be good. However, the experience is held back by significant inconsistencies in care and communication, which appear to be related to staffing levels. Therapy: I am a 10-year stroke survivor, and initially the standard three hours of stacked therapy in the middle of the day was overwhelming. Once I spoke up, therapy staff were willing to adjust my schedule to a 45-minute therapy / 45-minute break rotation, including therapy on weekends. Honor Health Rehab is beyond amazing. I can’t say enough good about this facility. Everyone is very kind, very caring and they really treat you as if your recovery is important to to them as it is to you. You get the absolute best rehab sometimes 3 to 4 hours a day and they’re all separating time so that you’re restful but it’s much better than one time a day you get occupational and physical therapy. I couldn’t give you one bad thing to say, I prayed for the best and this is where God brought me and I couldn’t be happier. If I by ever need a rehab center again, I’m doing everything I can to come back here. I wish I could name all the names of the people who have been incredibly kind and helpful, but I’d have to give you the names of the whole staff.

My arrival date at HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital was Nov.18, 2025 with a broken femur that had occurred 4 days earlier.Therapy started Nov. 19th, 2025. The staff was amazing from check in to Hospitality Coordinator, doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, rehab assistants, housekeeping and maintenance, if I omitted anyone (my apologies). This team is the ROLL ROYCE of physical therapy. The PT/OT worked with me one on one, 3 hours each day with positive reinforcement😀. I did everything that was asked and was it rewarding-YES. I was discharged on Nov. 28 , 2025. The only assistance required was a spotter for going up and down stairs. My husband said, this is MIRACULOUS. Highly recommended! I am giving the 5 stars because the majority of the staff here is incredible. Most everyone is knowledgeable, personable, friendly and it just helps makes the recovery process that much easier. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy are truly gifted in what they do! There are too many awesome people to personally thank online but I will be sending a separate letter to the facility to do so. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and I am so grateful for everyone. I may be a picky eater, but I do feel the meals and delivery could use some help. Breakfasts were A+ but lunch and dinner weren’t my favorites. This place listens to the patient, accommodates them and family as well. I don’t want to leave so early! They deserve so much more than 5 stars!

The staff was very kind, professional and patient. The willingness to help was great. I think the food here has been really wonderful. Warm when it needed to be and it always tastes good. I would like to give a special shoutout to all the kitchen staff that prepares the meals.
