My oncologist referred me to a Dr at this practice. Met with Dr and he expressed some concern he might not be the proper person to perform surgery I needed. He then said he needed to do some research and possibly provide me with a referral to another Dr. I respected that. Left a message on 6th business day requesting update. Now I am going on 8th business day without any follow up. Very disappointing. Would have been happier if he had just given me the referral. This experience cost me 5 weeks of time I will never get back.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a medical professionals office in a long time. Front desk staff - did not care to help, if it’s not their job, it’s not their job. Doctor - condescending, acted like any questions we asked shouldn’t need to be asked, didn’t take the time to even learn about what my daily activities are, sport I want to return to/lifestyle, nothing. Left the room and didn’t say anyone was going to come and help us for next steps. Had to leave the room ourselves and go ask if we should leave now. Seemed like if I didn’t want to get surgery, there was nothing else to discuss. Given maybe 10 minutes with the doctor? Also, if you fax anything to this location it does not actually go to this location and the front desk staff will give you a sheet of paper to call anot

It was fine. I was given a PT prescription and a couple of medicines to address serious pain in my right leg that is apparently a lumbar back issue. I got in quickly, which was very much appreciated, got X-rays, and the doctor had a good sense of where the problem was. Now, on to fix it.

Aside from the confusion and lack of assistance in direction in getting into the admittance area from that point on the adventure was quite pleasurable, considering the situation from the admitting staff to the preop with Sheryl and Daniela and in recovery with Daniela and on the fifth floor stay with Denise And Ashton the food was exceptional. The treatment was great. I would like to say I look forward to my next visit, but I won’t go that far.

I am so pleased to have found Dr. Seidel. He made me feel at ease and very confident that he knows what he’s doing. He seems like a wonderful doctor addressed all my fears and assured me that once I put the weight on, I could have the surgery I love this Hospital so much and all the doctors are awesome. Especially Dr. Seidel
