From the front desk to the visit it was a great experience. Vanessa was assisting and she took the time to listen and make sure everything was properly noted and prepared prior to Jessica, PA seeing me. I highly recommend! I absolutely adore Jessica, she takes time and goes over everything with expertise. I also had a lab draw with Linda and it went so smooth. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My parents see Jessica as well and it’s always been great. She is knowledgable and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everyone was excellent! Front desk staff was friendly and attentive, nurse was personable and caring, Dr. Lewis was attentive, listened, easy to talk to, very thorough and explained everything in layman’s terms. A pleasant experience as a first time visitor. So happy to have found Honor Health!

I always dread doctor appointments because of the amount of red tape. This appointment went so smoothly from start to finish and I was grateful for the lack of aggravation. The staff was helpful, attentive and well trained. I was in and out in an hour which included lab work.

It was the first time I was seeing Dr. Lewis. He was very kind and caring person. He spent a lot of time listening to my issues. He also spent time to contact with GI doctor to make an appointment for me to see him within one week. I truly appreciate his help and caring.

I checked in online for an 11:40am appointment and confirmed I was showing. Carefree Highway was under construction with lane closures. As a result, I arrived 15 minutes late. The entire staff left for the day, and I was told per a 10 minute rule, I would have to reschedule weeks later. This staff cares more about their tee times than patient health outcomes.
