I went in for a consultation for an upcoming colonoscopy. 9:30 was my appointment. 9:23 I finished my check in at the front desk. 09:36 called back by April the Medical Assistant. She took my weight and she took blood pressure. She was very pleasant and professional. 09:41 April finished and said Julie would be in soon. 09:48 Julie came in did checks on my lungs and went through questions. She was professional and had nice personality. Julie’s “Bed Side Manner” was a 10 out of 10. My first time with them. Everyone is human and can make mistakes, but this was as good experience as one could have. Keep up the good work!!

Dr Rucha Shah is excellent👍 One of the best Dr's I have ever gone to. She asks all the right questions and explains what's happening to you in a manner that you can understand. The office is run very well & all the employees are professional and handle the patients with kindness. Jeanne Butler

Dr Shah did an excellent job helping me to decide if I wanted to have a procedure. She explained everything I wanted to know. She was kind and easy to talk to. She was well informed on our last visit,

Although I was stressed for this appointment, every staff member I engaged with was understanding, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. They all genuinely smiled and made me feel comfortable, besides showing they were happy with their employment at HonorHealth Gastroenterology - Shea. Dr. Emma Castillo explained all my options and her recommendations without pressure, leaving the final decision up to me. I also appreciated her candor and honesty sharing her background with patient experiences and changing lab tests which have led her ongoing patient care to be relevant.

Saw PA Castillo after waiting over a month and didn’t have a great experience. Terrible bedside manner. I don’t even think she asked once what I was feeling or what was going on. It was 45 min of her reading questions off the computer. Because I’ve been in so much pain for two months now with now 4 doctor visits it’s just extremely frustrating to still have no answers.. All the other staff were 10/10 but wouldn’t recommend Castillo.
