Great customer service. My hygienist, Jahne, was extremely nice and efficient. She explained everything and was attentive to my needs(didn't feel a thing). I told front desk staff that I needed to have my f/u appointment scheduled by end of year because my insurance changes at the beginning of the year. They were very nice and made it happen despite the busy holiday schedule. One of the ladies offered to check whether they were in my new network or not. Thanks Pam and Miranda. Had a Great Fay today. The office personnel are very professional and kind. My hygienist and doctor both were gentle, pleasant and communicative. I recommend Honey Creek Dental to anyone who may be apprehensive about going to the dentist. They are Superb!

Today was my first time at this office. From the moment I walked in; after I missed my appointment and they just happened to have a later one, the women in the office were extremely nice and personable. I was educated throughout my appointment and I was provided answers to all my questions. I appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the space wasn't small. I had an amazing experience at this dental office today. Not only did they take great care of me during my visit, I left a voicemail after hours and the dentist reached out right away asking for my pharmacy information to make sure I got my prescriptions. That level of care and responsiveness is truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find a provider who goes the extra mile like that. I’m so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine concern for my well-being. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

This office has changed significantly over the years. When I first started going here the staff was consistent and everyone was super friendly. My insurance changed this year and I was not told about it until the day before my appointment. When I called in to confirm I was told it would only be $20 even though my new insurance was out of network. I assumed they were going to give me a "self pay" discount. When I arrived to the office I was asked to pay $70 after the visit. I said that was more than what I was told I would have to pay, and I was then told they would refund me after the insurance paid. My regular visit would have been free with any in network provider, but instead I got stuck paying $200 out of my own pocket after the insurance company only paid $161. I paid the balance and
