Worst urgent care ever. I went here six months ago after falling hard in my knee on pavement. The automatic AI phone system said they had an XRay on site. I get there and wait to be called back. I received no assistance getting to the exam room despite being in pain and barely able to walk. The obese nurses and aides didn't offer crutches or a wheelchair at all as they walked me back to the exam room. I entered the exam room and the paper covering the bench was crinkled and clearly had not been changed between patients. The first thing the nurse says to me when she finally enters the room is "you know we don't have an XRay, right?". I told her their automatic phone system told me they did and that was my only reason for being there. She then said I would have had to hit my knee really hard

I’ve been to this urgent care for my kids once before and had a pleasant experience , today I went for myself and the experience was far from pleasant. I came upon opening , not only did all 3 staff members show up 4 til 8 which made us wait 30 minutes after registry mind you I was the only one there, and refused to help with the registration process , I feel like the registration process is a personal annoyance as they expect you to check yourself in on top of uploading all documents (if and ins) but what’s annoying is I don’t work here , may not have had capacity , or wanted to do the front desk lady’s job by checking myself in. But I did , told the front desk lady I wanted an x ray of an injury and the nurse who checked me in and the assisting physician just for them to tell me they d

Very quick and pleasant. Registration was amazing, nurse & front desk receptionist was very sweet. Physician was quick and simple! I love it, I wish I could go there for regular primary care :)

I arrived with my wife and they still took care of us even though they were almost closing. The staff was very kind and professional. The facility was spotless, and the doctors were excellent. We are truly grateful for the care we received

I have been going here for over 10 years for urgent care needs. The staff is always friendly and informative. Each visit is efficient and I’m usually in and out.
