Hometown Urgent Care

I felt welcome from the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist was friendly as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Biorato was as prompt as she was thorough. I feel like they genuinely cared about me while addressing my concerns.

Walked in with my two year old and the receptionist at the front desk was so sweet and helpful getting us checked in. When we saw the doctor she was nothing but loving and kind to our Jolee. Such a wonderful Urgent care that treats you like family.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this urgent care for ear pain. I arrived around 10:30 a.m., but the receptionist told me the doctor had appointments and asked me to return after 1:00 p.m., which I did. The wait time was short, but that was the only positive part. The doctor briefly looked at my ear once and then told me she could not tell me anything and advised me to see an ENT specialist or go to another urgent care. There was no diagnosis, no explanation, and no treatment provided. Despite receiving essentially no care, I was still charged a $50 copay plus a card processing fee. Paying that amount for no medical help at all was extremely frustrating. I later went to a different urgent care, where I was prescribed medication and clearly instructed on how to care for my ear.

This is the absolute worst place to ever go. There's plenty other places to go trust me, I normally don't leave reviews.. This woman likes putting you on a lot of medicine that you shouldn't even be on just so she can make money off your insurance. She has no idea what she's doing. She should not have a license for medicine.

Melinda’s customer service is evident as soon as you walk in the door - she is spectacular!! Dr. Biorato is caring and efficient!! I highly recommend going to see these ladies for any healthcare needs that need to be done quickly- you won’t find anyone better.
