I called around 1:30pm today asking about a prescription and was immediately met with a brick wall for customer service. The woman rudely made a comment about how busy she was, told me that they would call when it's filled, and hung up before I could say anything. This is the second time I have experienced this type of behavior from a specific worker at this pharmacy. I'm not sure who is answering my calls, but they need a reality check. There is no need to punish the customer with hate as if we pinned you into an unhappy life. It doesn't matter what job or industry you are in, there is always a standard level of professionalism and respect across the board. Nobody owes you anything for the job you chose. Whoever is treating customers like dirt better realize they're disposable. I won't b

the staff is super nice and helpful! everytime i call then and want a prescription filled fast they do it! they r willing to go above and beyond. havnt had 1 issue ive been going to them 5 ish years

I think the staff is nice. My critic is that they indeed could move faster. I know this isn't up to me, however it would be helpful if they were open on Sundays from 8-3(just a suggestive time).

I had to switch pharmacies because I just moved to Howard City and was kinda worried because I had been with my other pharmacy for almost 30 years and loved my girls , they knew my team of doctors and always got things handled, I even continued to drive 40 minutes just to go there but I am so happy with Home Town Pharmacy and especially Sara (sp) and hope to have a life long relationship with them, they have been GREAT so far…💖💕🌸

I've been a customer at both the store and pharmacy for twenty years and although the staff has changed through the years, I say for a small town store and pharmacy it's the best. They are friendly, courteous, professional and very helpful!
