Although appointments are booked months away they are thorough and they do listen. I had all my teeth pulled September 6th. It is January and I still don't have them because appointments are booked so far apart. The holidays without teeth were not fun but I understand that this practice is a non-profit that helps low income and is the only practice that takes Medicaid remotely close to the area so I can't complain. I'm grateful. They say you get what you pay for....this situation is true here. Nurses are rude and rushed but dentist and other staff are amazing. Both goods and bads but eventually the job gets done.

I had an appointment scheduled well in advance for my father. His appointment was set for today, July 24th at 10:00 AM. We just received a call informing us that it must be canceled because the provider is unavailable. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, my father is in pain, and the next available appointment isn’t until October 31st — over three months away. That’s simply unacceptable in situations involving discomfort and medical need. There should be a contingency plan in place — whether it’s a backup provider or another reasonable solution. Both my father and I took time off work to attend this appointment, and this last-minute cancellation is not only frustrating but also inconsiderate. Got my wisdom teeth removed in less than 20min without complications! Also accommodated me being 20 min late due to medical transport issues. It’s provider based so you may not be lucky. The front desk ladies are very sweet and appreciate them to advocating on my behalf!

I left multiple messages and one no calls back. My mom had her dentures done incorrectly and they fit loose. Eventually, the bottom dentures fell out and broke. We would like to have the dentures redone but no one returns our calls. It’s been a frustrating time. I would not recommend this dental center because the whole process is stressful.

Recently went for my intake with this dental office. The kiosk was a bit of a thing, but when I explained my issues, they were kind and helped me check in at the desk. The Dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant were all incredibly kind with me as I explained my previous negative experience with Aspen and answered all of my questions. I'm really happy to find a office that takes the time to listen and work with me.
