Roberta is amazing!! She has helped my 92 year old mother with her hearing. She is very knowledgeable and has the patience of a Saint! She has always been responsive to my mother's hearing aid needs, when required, with great care and concern. I highly recommend Roberta for your hearing aid needs. After spending several years educating myself on the various hearing aids available, it became very apparent that it was just as important to identify an audiologist that was personal, patient, readily available to address questions and to make any and all necessary adjustments well after receiving the hearing aids themselves. Roberta Singer provides a true concierge service. She can come to your home for the initial hearing test and follow up visits when adjustments may be needed. Additionally she is very responsive to text messages and emails to answer general and technical questions. The capability of contacting her and her quick response is very convenient and important for me as I am not a full time resident of Florida. She has even covered the potential possibility of the hearing aid

I initially went to an another audiologist who I thought was good, but after consulting with Roberta, I felt that the first audiologist’s skill and emotional maturity was not comparable. Roberta totally understood my concerns, my apprehension, and made me feel confident that going forward, my hearing aids would enhance my life in ways including social engagement, and not isolating myself. I now enjoy conversation without the anxiety and struggle that I previously had. I highly recommend Home Hearing Help and Roberta as a hearing specialist! She follows COVID protocols and offers outside services as requested. Recently I was out for a walk in the woods with a friend and she mentioned the birds singing. I didn’t hear them right away and realized I needed to get my hearing tested. Roberta conducted a comprehensive review of my hearing history and administered a hearing test. As it turned out I do have mild hearing loss with high pitched sounds. Roberta reviewed options with me and also provided suggestions for reducing further hearing loss. I decided not to get hearing aids at this time, but l’ll continue to have Roberta monitor my hearing health. I couldn’t have hoped for better care!
