These guys are great over there and super nice. My husband and I work crazy hours so getting to pick up meds is never easy. His are usually filled first thing in the morning and they are always ready and if they are not they never tell me to come back they get it done right away which is super appreciated! Highly recommend.

This pharmacy had the most horrible customer service. The staff refused to answer any questions and gave an attitude as if you were stupid for asking in the first place. When speaking to the pharmacist about your medications, he would ask why you wanted to know and give some flippant answer. There was zero help in understanding the medications I was prescribed. Finally when I was transferring to another pharmacy they refused to transfer my refills. In my 40 years of filling my own scripts I’ve never experienced such terrible service and unkind people. I strongly advise not using this pharmacy.

Thank you for supporting Tao with a quick delivery! We needed to have something delivered and quickly to assist one of our Team members. When we called we were told that the delivery person was leaving for the day. We asked if they could please squeeze us in since we are close by on Bangs Avenue! Heath saved the day and delivered! I'm so upset with this pharmacy. I've been with them since I've moved to asbury park in 2003. They always were so helpful and would do everything they could to make sure my refills would be filled and delivered to me. They would call my doctor when al my refills were done. Now since the past few months they have slacked big time. Some of the staff is very rude. I called for my refills for my asthma need and the girl on the phone was upset cause I didn't know the name of the proper name for the medication. So I've decided I'm going to change pharmacy. My friends that work there i love u guys. You know who you are.

This place is a shame and have a lot that they look to hide from their unsuspecting customers. They tried to pass off old medicine prescribed for someone else to me and said that it was brand new, and when confronted said it's no big deal ---putting a new sticker over and old one with someone else's personal information on it. I know I sure wouldn't want my personal info on someone else's pill bottle. This place needs integrity and a man to get things right. Not the boys they have running the show now. Sorry guys
