Home At Taylor's Pointe

Taylors Point is hands down the best nursing home ever. The nursing staff Jamie, Shania, Danielle, Sharon, and the maintenance staff Gary and Kenny all the cleaning staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! This is the cleanest and most professional nursing home I have ever stepped foot in. My dad has been here now for four months and he has had the best care and the most caring staff supporting him night and day. The communication from the staff has been very very good. Thank you so much for loving my dad and taking such great care of him. 🙂

I recently loss my mother who was a resident there for a little under 6mos at the time of her death, this facility came into our lives at a time when I needed them the most. From my very first conversation with Paige who assisted me with intake, Mrs. Sharon who helped me with all my mother appointments, Taylor the DON who was amazing with answering any questions, Tasha who was my one of my mother Nurse who called me anytime day or night informing me about her care, the Aids that were always kind and gentle with her and the ones who brought extra snacks, the Social Worker who helped me through Hospice and I can't forget the amazing hospice staff that made the process so easy, the cleaning lady who would always made sure her room was clean, the laundry staff who always made sure her clothes

They are doing an awesome job taking care of my brother. Paige took the bull by the horns and got him out of a bad facility and helped me transfer him to this home. He never has any complaints and the staff all seem caring.

There are several family members that comes to me given me their compliments on how great staff is with their love ones . I had one particular family express how her daughter has changed for the greater good since she came here. Families are made welcome the minute they step in our facility . We exchange warm and friendly smiles here at Taylor's Pointe from front line to management.

"Home" says it all, this is how my son and I feel about his room, staff, and facility at Taylor's Point. They are all very nice, helpful and professional. They go out of their way to ensure my 30 year old son with Vascular Dementia is adjusting and happy in his new home. The facility is well kept always clean, warm, and smells good. As a working Mom, Taylor's Point provides me with peace and happiness ensuring my son is being cared for in a safe and happy environment. Thanks to everyone at Taylor's Point.
