Was treated very well by all the staff ..dr Holden got me in to see her when I was pretty desperate and my PC was out sick I had only seen her one time..I thought That was really great to start with and she got me in with a specialty dr almost right away only had to wait a few days..she happen to be one of the best Dr's I've seen in years she knew her stuff...Thanks so much I was Def suffering and finally someone cared and actually taken steps to help with that and try to figure out what is going on..Glad I stuck with this place...they truly have some good docs there.

My PCP, Turay, was distant and dismissive during my appointments, which is bad enough, but the prescription handling here is the worst I've ever seen. I have, on a monthly basis, had to call to get them to submit my controlled substance medication prescription when my renewal request wasn't sufficient. Sometimes multiple times. This week has been the icing on the cake, however. I requested 2 prescription renewals on Monday, called Tuesday to expedite it. One prescription was sent through, but not the other. I called again on Wednesday to request they send through the prescription and then this morning (Thursday, the day I NEED to pick up the meds), called again to have the call center tell me the prescription was sent 2 days ago, despite CVS not having it on file. I've been a patient of Dr. Graziano's at this primary care facility since they first opened (3+ years) and he is a great doctor. As much as I like having him as my doctor, unfortunately I am looking for a new PCP because of how terrible this office is. On the phone, there is no way to get into contact with anyone directly in the office - they have an answering service set up even during their normal business hours. When I need to set up an appointment, need a referral, need to refill a prescription, have a general health question for my doctor, etc. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have literally never called and had someone actually call me back. I leave a message with the answering service, say that I will get a call back, wait at least 2 days, never receive a call back, call agai

I haven't had a doctor in over thirty years and I was looking for a new doctor for my 21 year old son, he was transitioning pediatric to adult doctor. When we went to the office, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable they made me and my son feel very comfortable. I made an appointment for my son and I decided I took needed a doctor, so I made an appointment for myself. The doctor we both got was a wonderful caring doctor named Sarah M. O'Shea who made me feel really comfortable since it had been years since I had seen a doctor. I'd definitely recommend this place for your health care needs.

Had a wonderful first patient experience with Dr.Turay. Clear, comprehensive, and very easy to talk to. He is a true professional and passionate for the work that he does. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well- Violet was very gentle and kind with the tests, and the ladies up front made check out a breeze. Very grateful for this type of professionalism- seen in every staff member there!
