Holy Name Imaging

I have been going to imaging at Holy Name for quite some time. They have always been fabulous and extremely helpful. Today, I spoke to Sue who helped me schedule and went above and beyond to find me an appointment time that worked for me. I am so grateful for Holy Name and their support in managing my health.

After countless calls to them, I had to wait 2-3 weeks for them to input my MRI prescription to my insurance, only for it to get denied. Now I'm repeating the same battle of trying to get it appealed when they ARE NOT sending the supporting documents needed. I've had to do so much grunt work of calling them, my insurance, and accompanying doctors to get them the information my insurance needs and they WON'T SEND IT IN. I'll even be on the line as insurance calls them. TERRIBLE. It should NOT take over a month to get a preauth for this.

Very hard to get an appointment...schedulers did not answer the phone when I called.
