I’ve been to Mathew twice now, the first session was interesting as I’ve never done reiki or experienced his style of massaging before. Mathew utilizes, a heavy duty vibrator (not that kind ladies), hot stones, hot towels, and a heated eye cover. My second visit was a 90 minute so he was able to concentrate in my sore areas and able to do a fully body. I came out, feeling relaxed, and my pain was almost completely diminished! My next visit is 2 weeks away, though it should probably be sooner.
