Holy Cross Rehabilitation Institute- Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

I seeked PT from Holy Cross after I had my son and saw Dr. Raveenn Smith Mowbray. Raveenn provided all the support that I needed and created a plan that work for me as I was also in the middle of trying to go back to work. She was very informative and provided all the resources ( items, video) that I needed so that I’m about to continue my therapy at home. She went above and beyond to help and was only a phone call away if I had any questions or needed an earlier appointment. I drove from Miami to see her would do it again, she was very personable and made it easy for me to talk about any issues that I might have had post having my baby. Thank you Dr. Raveenn!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Kierra, my pelvic floor therapist. From my very first visit to my eighth, she has been consistently gentle, kind, and genuinely caring. Kierra helped me overcome my overactive bladder issues, something I never thought I’d find relief from. After having my prostate removed I developed urinary incontinence, which is quite typical. Coming to Pelvic Floor Rehab I was assigned to Ekta Lund as my physical therapist. Working with Ekta I came to appreciate the importance of pelvic floor rehab. In a few short weeks she has helped me to reduce my number of visits to the bathroom overnight. Also to regain better control of my bladder. It's a long, slow process but have made great progress with my incontinence, thanks to Ekta. Her professionalism and concern for my well being is much appreciated. She is an asset to the Holy Cross Rehab Institute.

Kierra, DPT has completely changed my quality of life. After 3 years of living with dyspareunia and painful cramps, my OBGYN recommended pelvic floor therapy. At first, I was nervous to try PFT because I didn’t know what to expect. However Kierra was extremely professional and always made me feel safe.
