I called to make an appointment for a hand surgeon. I called four times got four different people and over and over again they said Dr. Delgado is a hand surgeon. Well turns out he is not a hand surgeon. Dr. Delgado referred me to another doctor in Boca Raton I felt completely misled and I wanted a refund of my $75 which was my co-pay for my appointment. I talked to the manager, Julie. Showed her the referral that at 3:30 was sent a message by her saying that they’re still waiting to hear back to refund my money.
