Holy Cross OBGYN

Dr. Chang is a GREAT obgyn! He takes his time, is very calm, and will explain and answer all questions and is very thorough. He has made me feel extremely comfortable my whole pregnancy which was a big deal to me because I’ve experienced ob doctors that are rushed and in a hurry or are just awkward. And the office staff are extremely sweet and friendly! There has also never been a long wait time for my appointments.

I’ve got to say, dr Chang is amazing. He made sure I was able to make it far enough in my pregnancy to deliver my baby boy early term instead of preterm. He is so nice and explains everything. He also did an amazing job with my csection. I’m only a week postpartum and everyone is amazed at how much I’m able to physically do. My mom, sister, and sister in law have all had csections and when they saw what my incision looks like they were amazed at how good it looks. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also the office staff and the ladies in the lab are great. I felt very cared for by the whole office and a small part of me is sad my regular appointments are about to be over.

This place is great when you can actually get an appointment. They’re very hard to get a hold of. Their voicemail says that they’ll resume normal business hours after January 2024, and that was a few months ago. I’ve tried calling In accordance with their hours on their website, and nothing. I’ve tried to book an appointment on their website, and they say they’ll call me back for scheduling, and that was Several days ago. I cannot go to another office, because my insurance is not in network, or the places that are in network are sketchy and Unsanitary. I’m pregnant and I need an appointment.

Dr. Chang is one of the best OBGYN I have encountered. He is so calm and understanding, takes his time and has a very positive manner. So glad I found him.

Whoever is supposed to answer the phone is lazy and how about clear your voicemail yall need to hire someone new to take calls.
