Holy Cross Medical Group - Multispecialty Surgical Group

Met the doctor this past Saurday at Holy Cross Hospital. I had to do emergency surgery. Off the bat I will say I felt 100% comfortable with him. He is proffesional and yet down to earth at the same time, you feel like he is a friend. He did a great job with my surgery. Needless to say if I have more issues in the future I will be back to seeing him.

The nurse Monique and the doctor Abhinit gave me the best treatment ever. I was so lucky to have been in this hospital. Thank you one more time for all the good care that both of them made me received

Dr Schocket is an amazing physician and colon rectal surgeon. He contributed very much in the team approach at Holy Cross Hospital last year when I was diagnosed with anal cancer. He is a very busy man ....and sometimes is a little behind in his schedule ( you can call his secretary to see if he is on time...so no complaining..it's worth the wait for a competent physician...such as he) But when he sees you...there is no time limitations...answers all your questions and gives a thorough examination. I am a nurse...and I judge doctors very critically.....and I recommend Schochet 100% without hesitation I also admire the fact that that he reaches out to the folks with HIV/AIDS PERSONALLY BY WRITING ARTICLES AND GIVING TALKS TO THE COMMUNITY. Dr Elie Schochet is a great doctor and I want to continue seeing him instead of a new doc! Does anyone know where he is working now?
