I am a relatively new patient, and I must say that I have found the staff to be polite, concerned, and helpful, especially Jazmin . My doctor is Dr. Maria Morales. Dr. Morales is thorough, kind, and takes as much time as needed to answer questions, explain your condition and stays very much on top of all aspects of your particular disease. She makes sure you have all the information and tools to manage your life the best you can with a correct diagnosis. Thank you so much Dr. Morales and your team.

Horrible office staff for the endocrinologist office from the management to the staff. They run your insurance and know if you have a deductible or copayment beforehand they don’t make the patients aware they will even confirm your appointment and still not make you aware. Knowing that the year change can affect your deductible changes they don’t make patients aware that it’s possible. The account manager had the audacity to blame the patient saying it’s your responsibility to know these things. And if you need an installment plan you have to speak to billing but get this if your appointment is at that moment which it will be than you have to reschedule after waiting 3 months for an appointment I’ve never met with such an inconvenient and unprofessional providers office before it’s not the

Really terrible customer service. Dr. Kunstadt's nurse, Bernadette, would rather a patient run out of their medication due to Dr. Kunstadt's next available appointment being 2 months away, then give a patient (me) a refill to get me through to his very long wait for an appointment. I understand they have certain office policies, but to risk a patient's health and make them suffer due to the next available appointment time, just seems to be a very flippant attitude to a patient's health. So Bernadette, you are effectively saying that Dr. Kunstadt does not care about my health, and would like me to discontinue my important medication that I am supposed to be taking because his next available appointment is in 2 months? I have been with this group over 10 years. There has been a rapid decline in managing the office. Missing lab tests, rude staff, messages unanswered or answers incorrectly. No call backs. The corporations run the office, Drs. seem to be payed employees of shadow CEO'S. Sad to see what managed care looks like. Patients concerns are disregarded until countless calls, emails and internet messaging.We need to let them know Patients have rights. I have moved on.
