Holy Cross Hospital Pediatrics

I would give 0 star but it doesn't have this option. We stayed there for 3 hours waiting to be seing with my child having asthma attack and no even 1 nurse or doctor checked on her. We left to go at the UMMC that Is the best children hospital we have ever been and no one asked for my ID before leaving to make sure the child was really mine (It could be anybody else child), so easily to be abducted.

The worst! The pediatric ER is severely understaffed. The admission staff/front deskis wonderful, responsive and helpful. Once you get into the back - forget about it! We were there for 3 hours before they even took my daughter’s blood pressure. They had an emergency and ALL resources had to be used for that one patient leaving all the other children just waiting for unreasonably long periods of time with zero communication from the staff. They were unapologetic and seemed unbothered. I WOULD NOT recommend taking your child here.
