Holy Cross Hospital - Bienes Cancer Center

Visiting my Brother John here at Holy Cross Hospital. I never liked this hospital. I came here years ago Without insurance and I got treated like Scum! I had muscle spasms in my upper right thigh that you could literally see twitching and twisting. They asked me what I want them to do. 🤔 They gave me a pain shot and gave me a scrip for pain pills. I don't like pills. I needed health Care! Someone pushed a wheelchair out of Nowhere, right into the door of the E.R. room door. That means they flung it at me and expected me to just leave! Nothing says GREED like a Catholic Hospital where you have to search for a parking space or pay Valet! 🤬 John said he ordered eggs for Breakfast and they were RAW! I'd never come here for health care.

I went to the emergency room, the care was fantastic, quick and easy, all the people I dealt with were professional and caring. I highly recommend Holy Cross emergency room and would like to thank everyone who took care of me.

I was in and out of the emergency room! ( a first for me ) . My first time I have been there ,for a hand laceration . I wanted to have looked at and possibility tetanus shot . They took very good care of me . I used to go to the other hospital that is 1 mile closer to my home east of federal highway. My past experience at the other hospital , the lady up front ( first impression was on a personal phone call ??At admission!! ( At the Other Hospital …Point . ) This time I went a little further to Holy Cross Hospital . At Holy Cross everyone was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this hospital if you need to go to the ER . This Saturday I’m happy with everything & one , every step of the way . HolyCross is a much better experience , cleaner ,and was not a long wait. Thanks H

I have been seeing Doctors and receiving infusion since 2019 and I must give kudo's to the ladies on the front line at the HC Cancer Center, Ms. Emma - Scheduler:, Ms. Alicia and Almeta - Registrar/Office Staff: All have been pleasant, professional and accommodating. What a wonderful trio for patients that are not always feeling well and can be quite unpleasant at times. The ladies seem to remember our names and put smiles on our faces and giggles in our bellies. Thank You Cancer Center Team for these 3 ladies. See you all next Tuesday June 21, 2022
