Holy Cross Germantown Hospital

The Labor and Delivery team was exceptional. I had a scheduled induction and was at the hospital for a couple of days. My husband and I both felt that every one of the nurses and staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive to my needs. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the nurses Stephanie, Kelly, Bailey, Stella, Carrie, Flavia, Yaigo, and Rita. Also, the lactation consultant Jenny and the transportation to get me to my car, Byron. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much - the Singh Family!

My mother was transferred to Holy Cross Germantown Hospital during a medical emergency, and our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care she received from several outstanding professionals. On the patient floor, Dr. Nina provided clear explanations and careful medical oversight. The nursing and support staff were exceptional. A special shoutout to Techs Cherrun and Daniele, who went above and beyond with kindness, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my mother’s comfort and well-being. We would love to talk about the great care we received from this hospital! I had a foot surgery from the great Dr. Franklin Polun and our nurse, Janet was kind and constantly checked on us to make sure we were OK. She was a superstar and very kind. We then were sent to our room where we had a problem with the vacum unit connected to my foot and the charge nurse, Mustafa, went right to work letting us know that he would figure it out. He knew exactly what to do and even worked with the doctor to make sure he kept everything exactly the way the doctor ordered. He explained to me what to expect once the changes were made giving me a big piece of mind. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. Please keep him, this place needs 100 like him. The staff here has been absolutely wonderful. The ER doctor and nurses were super kind and attentive to my mother when she was there. I would like to recommend a daisy award to RN Bryce who works in the PACU he was so compassionate, kind, and caring which is what you would want in a nurse. I also want to give a daisy award to Dr. Cronin the surgeon who operated on my mom. He kept me updated on everything that was going on. The care my mom received was top notch. We have lived in this community for years and I’m glad we have a hospital close that gives good care. The only complaint I had was they missed a critical part of my mom’s diagnosis which the surgeon was able to catch fortunately.

We had a great experience at this hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very kind, professional, and supportive. Everything was well organized, and we felt safe and well cared for. Thank you for taking such good care of my wife and our newborn baby. Highly recommended.
