Holy City Med Primary and Urgent Care (North Charleston)

I had my first telehealth appointment with Alex at Holy City Med. She was wonderful. She listened to my situation. She provided thoughtful feedback. I feel very good about our plan moving forward. She also provided timely follow up with the information she promised during our session.

I told them I was coming in for high heart rate. Before paying I asked that if it ended up being an emergency with my heart… would they send me to the emergency room/hospital. They would not give me a straight answer. She said she doesn’t know she just takes the money. Shady as an oak tree! Wanted to get that $120 first! Then the nurse in the back laughed and said great answer! Plenty of other options around town. Stay out of Rhett location!

Called a friend and told him I was in need of my CDL medical card renewal. Without hesitation, he said to call The HOLY CITY MED GROUP Savannah Highway or North Rhett. So I did, and walked out with what I needed in a very short time. They did not shortcut the exam. Back on the road again. What ever you need they can do it. Fastest place I've ever walked into and walked out with what I needed. Thank you Ladies 😊

I was very impressed. There was no line or wait time. The staff was very friendly and the PA was very knowledgeable. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes… I actually have health insurance through my work that I pay a lot for but this was actually way cheaper through holy city.I will definitely come back. It’s a great option for what I was needing so they exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad a good friend of mine told me about this place. Thank you so much.

I came in on a Saturday and was seen immediately. The Dr listened to me, he went over different options and we came up with a plan that felt comfortable for me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt better at a drs appointment. I highly recommend them. The visit cost me $120 (I don’t have insurance)
