💫I would like to thank all the medical staff who were on duty the night of July 28, when I had to visit a medical center in the U.S. for the first time. I’m truly grateful that I ended up in their care. Everyone responded very quickly, helped me recover, and surrounded me with attention. The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional. I especially want to mention one doctor, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, who spoke to me in Russian and even explained things in my native language. That was both unexpected and very comforting. During the X-ray, the machine also gave instructions in Russian, which helped me feel more calm and confident. Thank you for your sensitivity, speed, and genuine care. I truly felt supported…🫶

I had an exceptional experience with my surgery and stay at CHA Hollywood Hospital. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for, supported, and at ease. The entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate, which made a world of difference in my recovery. A huge thank you to my incredible nurses Pia, Jevon, Marilou, Jinny, and Michelle. They were absolutely amazing kind, patient, attentive, and always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, compassion, and attention to detail truly made my stay so much better and more reassuring. We are very grateful this hospital had access to Dr Ramen Chmait to perform high risk fetal surgery. The staff here are all very friendly and we felt like we were in the best hands. Special shoutout to Susanna, our nurse post operation. She assured my wife, everything looks good and always made a point to tell us she was there to help answer any questions. Her bedside manner put my wife at ease and she was always available when I needed something. Super friendly and thankful to be under her care. Susanna was funny but also very professional. I looked forward whenever she came into the room. It made our post operative experience so much better! Highly recommend this hospital!

During multiple visits to this hospital, I have experienced interactions with nursing staff that felt dismissive and unhelpful. On our most recent visit, on 1/21 I brought my husband in because he felt a sharp object sensation in his throat. The physician briefly mentioned ordering a CT scan and then left the room. Before proceeding, we wanted to ask whether there were any alternative or preliminary options, such as a laryngoscopy. When we asked the nurse lady with black wavy hair claiming her name is Sofia, she stated that a CT scan was the only option and that the doctor would say the same. When we asked what the next steps would be after the CT scan, the nurse said my husband would be given medication to induce vomiting. We expressed concern about this, as his throat was already irrita

The ER here is good as far as I know. Been here twice and the staff is respectful. Particularly Milton, Kelsey, and Taiyesha. The first time I was here I was in and out. Second time was a three hour wait for a minor situation. Wait time was insane for something that took five minutes to take care of. The bathrooms could use some updating. But aside from that, staff is respectful.
