Check-in was a breeze using their user-friendly iPads, and the wait time was minimal. I had an appointment with Yulissa for a facial, and she was an exceptional professional — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She even handed me a tissue for my tears (everyone sheds a couple of tears during a facial) when we reached my problem areas — such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place — 10/10!

This was my initial visit. The reception area personnel were efficient and personable. My appointment time was met. The staff was very competent, thorough and understanding. The procedures were explained and my questions were answered with confidence.
