I made an appointment to get two referrals and to see what would be necessary for what feels like a bacterial infection from quitting nicotine, I was unaware I was going to catch the flu before my appointment. I have been waiting to get these referrals for a long time, hence why I didn’t cancel the appointment because I naturally treat flu at home. I wore a mask, was secluded from everyone.. they asked my symptoms and tested me for flu, covid, and RSV.. after that, I wait for 20 minutes for Gail to come in and make me feel awful about myself. She wouldn’t even walk in the room, just stood beginning and in between this curtain with her face poking out. I understand I had the flu but I was being preventative as possible and also it’s her job to be a doctor and not make me feel that way. She

My father who has type 2 diabetes is a frequent and long time patient at this office. Everytime he or I try to reach someone, it's always a voice mail, so it's always a gamble if you'll actually get in touch with the office. However, what led to this review was my father's doctor not listening to his concerns, which led to an emergency ER visit. The physicians at the ER stated that my dad was prescribed medications he shouldn't have even been on. A total lack of care and negligence is our most recent experience.

They dont return calls. My parents are elderly. My mom once again was put on a new med for her blood pressure. It didnt make it better nothing has. It made it sky rocket and she called the office and left a message first thing in the morning to have them call her to see what she should do. After about an hour with no call back or answering their phones. My mom went the the ER.. An after the day was over there was still no call back to tell her what to do or to check in on her...I find this unacceptable and that they dont care. Just give a drug and let's try this knowing her history of COPD/cholesterol levels /high blood pressure and the drugs that affect her breathing could be a concern with always changing the mg.'s or to a new drug, cause her numbers still climbed. Great experience. Fast care. I came in with severe dental pain from a procedure. I received an injection of Torodol and was pain free within 20 minutes. The staff was so kind and Peggy and Gail made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

After my most recent experience i would NEVER recommend this office. My grandmother has COPD, last week they changed her medication meant to help with her diagnosis (shes been trying to find the right meds for a while) She starts having issues breathing, High blood pressure. First thing Monday morning, my grandfather calls the doctors office to get their opinion on what they should do. They didn’t hear from them for an hour and a half. My grandma started having major trouble breathing so they brought her to the ER. Finally my grandfather goes to take a look at his phone and it’s well after five and no response from the office. I used to go to this office and I love them and I love the doctor and after hearing this today, I am so disgusted by their lack of urgency. Please do not go and v
