Holly Reynolds

Recently had a hearing check with Dr. Reynolds and it was a great visit. She’s personable, thorough and explains everything well. I saw Dr. Aslanidis first, and he is fantastic as well. Highly recommend both providers for any hearing related issues.

The doctor tells my husband, who is deaf in one ear that he has to wear his hearing aid, all day and play the tv all night so he doesn’t loose hearing in the other ear, well the battery in his hearing aid( one hearing aid because the other ear is completely deaf) won’t charge 2nd time, and both times it takes 5-6 weeks to get an appointment, so now I’m guessing Atlanticare doesn’t care if he looses his hearing in the one ear that he has, and his hearing in that ear isn’t very good! Maybe it would be a good idea to have appointments available for these kind of things, im sure my husband isn’t the only one with this problem. Dr. Holly is great, it’s sad she is working in such a place, she cares about her patients.

Dr.Reynolds is the best! Her and the staff are very kind. Definitely would recommend. 10/10.

I called to make an appointment. They asked if I had a script. I said no and wouldn't the doc have given me one if I needed it? Then they called back and said I didn't need a script and we made an appointment. Then I got a text that said my appointment was cancelled because I didn't have a script. So I sent over a script. New appointment made. When I arrived, they checked me in, and then said my appointment was cancelled because I was considered a no show. I was told my appointment was 9:45. They said my appointment was 9:30. They said anyone arriving 15 minutes after appointment would be considered a no show. I wasn't even over 15 minutes late by their own rules. Audiologist would not budge. I drove 1/2 hour to get there plus tolls. They wanted to make a new appointment a we
