Doctors are Great the office staff not so much. A couple are rude. One bad or two bad apples. Need better customer service....

Who ever answered the phone around 8:30am on May 28th needs a lesson in manners and respect. I simply called to see if it was possible to get a doctor's note for my daughter since I had to keep her out of school due to a fever. I was polite and also stated that I had no issue with bringing her in if necessary. I could literally hear whoever answered the phone rolling her eyes. She rudely informed me that she would have to message the doctor and call me back. At 1:30pm I called back to check since no one had called me back. The person who answered the phone this time was very polite but stated that she did not see anything in the computer about it. She asked to put me on hold and check. The workers here are very rude, unprofessional, & inconsiderate! They have the I don't want to be at work or do any work attitude! I'm a single mother & I work 9-5 in Vineland. So, I called & asked the girl at the desk if I can fax the paperwork over to get signed & if she could call my sons inhaler prescription in. She said, yes... But with a attitude in her voice as if I was a big inconvenience to deal with. I sent the fax on 9/12 & never got a call or any kind of response. She said they were open until 6 so I left work early to get here. I got here around 5:30 & the door was locked & the answer machine said they were closed. I tried to call the next day but got the machine once again & you cannot leave a message! After multiple attempts, here it is a week later 9/19 at 5:26 & the door

March 13 2025 so I'm trying to make my kids FIRST doctors appointment with this place & the secretary was giving me a hrd time with one of my kids appointment. All she had to do is make the appointment for any day & time thats all but instead she sounded ignorant & rude like she didnt want to b there nor had any common sense on what shes doing or saying "u can take him to urgent care to do a wellness check goodbye" & hung up. My kids doctors changes completely where the horizon nj health gives u brand new doctors & lol I never had this before. So good thing i spoke to horizon to see if i can find someone better & did. I knew once she did what she did, then I knew we felt unwelcome in their presence.

Someone by the name of "Mika", "Mica", or however you spell her name decided to prematurely terminate my outgoing phone call to Holly City Pediatrics PA located in Millville NJ because I demanded to speak to my son's pediatrician. I don't believe that's lawful conduct. Bear in mind that my only child has a HIGH-RISK NEUROBLASTOMA CANCER when reading this tragic experience. This Pediatric office decided to ignore the medical information request from Amanda with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia!
