On one hand the care is reasonable, on the other hand, their billing department is on steroids or so. they are not willing to work with you or your health insurance. worse is when you get threatened to get chilcare sent on you if you don't come for a 2nd appointment, which of course is not a follow up, but a new appointment and therefore a full new bill. I think there are better facilities around, these people just want to get their balance sheet ultra positive, not great. ($1500 for 1+1 simple asthma check visits)

All three of my children attend this practice under Rachel Vespole’s care. My kids have somewhat complex medical issues, physiological and developmental. This office has always been accommodating and thorough. I never feel dismissed or like a burden, and I do contact them more than I care to admit! The receptionists are wonderful, as are the ladies that work in their referral department. Kathy, Andrea, Nancy and Leigh are always so friendly and warm on the phone. They do their best to coordinate and stream line care for their providers and patients. Appointments generally run on time, I have never recalled waiting too long (if at all). The staff and doctors at Holliston Pediatrics take great care of our family. They are kind and attentive to the kids and supportive to us as parents. They are quick to respond and try their best to see sick kiddos as soon as possible. We are grateful to have them in our community.

Only reason we were going here was because it was 5 mins from where we lived. All the problems that you can imagine happened here. Wild goose chases for things that were not there, making us wait for more than an hour beyond scheduled times, billing issues, wrong lab results and the list continues. I put in a detailed complaint against the doctor. Hopefully they will take the right decision and get rid of her or maybe they won’t as she maybe the owner. Rest of the doctors and staff were awesome. Not sure how they put up with her.

We love Holliston Pediatrics! All of the staff is warm and welcoming! We never feel like we aren't heard and always get in for an appointment when needed! Dr Urban is the best!!!
