Hollis Family Rx

My wife left a legitimate review about regular delays receiving medication even after being told it was ready for pickup. Hollis fired us as customers. That's fine. What's not fine is they didn't bother to tell us until she called in again to verify the meds were ready. They informed us because of her negative review they won't fill any more prescriptions. Now my 3 year old son is risking withdrawals and seizures because none of the other pharmacies in town can fill his medication today. I called and confronted Hollis about this and they were fine. Not their problem. This business doesn't give a single rip about you or anyone else. Just your money. Give them enough time and they'll prove it.

Probably not sticking with Hollis anymore at this point. This is the third time we filled my son's medications that they have not delivered them on time like expected. But I'm not allowed to refill them any sooner. So now we're dealing with withdrawals. Time and again I drive the 30 minutes just to get there to pick up the medications, only to realize when I get home that they did not in fact fill everything like they claimed. I really wanted to like these guys but really only two of the pharmacists are actually friendly, the other ones always glare. And now with the repeated inability to get our medications in a timely matter I really can't recommend them. Albertsons is not any better. Walgreens is my last hope otherwise I'm going over the hill to Walmart.

Hollis Pharmacy is great! They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service and work hard to make your prescription costs more affordable. Locally owned and operated!
