Holland Hospital Urgent Care

I went to the holland hospital urgent care on Wednesday the 24th with a horrible cough it had only been there for about a day but I was already coughing up blood from my throat being absolutely torn to shreds. The PA I spoke with asked for my symptoms and I told him my symptoms along with the fact that people at my work were sick and that I also work with sick customers/ patients. He listened to my lungs and told me they were fine and there was not much to be done about it and there was a viral cough going around. He did not look at my throat, the exam was not thorough at all I was in and out in no time (not a good thing). Great care there. I've been in a few times and crossed paths with Dr Mott the most recent being yesterday when I did a job on my back trying to dig my car out of wet snow. i have never been in so much pain in my life. I was actually pretty concerned. I got a very thorough exam with great explanation of the rationale behind the medical decisions Dr. Mott made as well as a thorough explanation for things I should be looking for ongoing related to back injury and why certain signs and symptoms are important. i wasn't there too long.I was able to pick up some prescriptions which helped me get more comfortable. i'm pretty grateful. i think my nurse's name was Mike. He was also very nice. i received good service from when I came in the front door to when I left.

We’ve had to visit this urgent care twice while traveling out of state with our four-year-old, and both times the experience was incredibly positive. From start to finish, the staff was kind, compassionate, and attentive. The doctors were amazing with my son and took the time to really listen to me as a parent. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care he received. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, especially kids. I’m so thankful we found this place while away from home.

I visited HH Urgent Care on New Years Eve for possible strep throat for both of my children. They were open until 8pm that night and we were able to be treated promptly. Nurse Holly did an excellent job explaining the strep test to my girls and she had great bedside manner. We received prompt results from the provider and we were able to get antibiotics started that night because of the 24 hour pharmacy in town. I’m grateful for the excellent care and the access to get my family the help that they need in a timely manner!

I had a wonderful experience at Holland Hospital’s Urgent Care! I was seen almost immediately, and the staff was incredibly kind. They were efficient, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend this to anyone if you have a minor injury/emergency and need to be seen right away!
