I really liked Serafima, she is a very pleasant woman and a professional in her field. I will be honest, this was my first session like this and I was very surprised that I felt so much better from the first time. This method is very interesting for me and I will come again. It is relaxing and gives very pleasant sensations in the body. I highly recommend it ☝️👍

Serafima really saved me yesterday. I was in a lot of pain with my neck and back. She fit me in right away. She made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what my body needed. I feel much better today. I still have some work to do as I haven’t taken care of myself the last years. I’m looking forward to continue work with her.

I recently attended a 5-Day Vedic Thai Bodywork Training w Mukti Michael Buck (which was amazing!). We had a day long immersion in Egyptian Tantric Practices and Watsu with Serafima Di. I felt energized, deeply connected and got to practice strengthening my intuition after working w her. I also recently received a one-on-one Thai Bodywork session with Serafima. She so beautifully held space for my body to safely unwind. She knew exactly how and where to support me. It felt like a dance. I went so deep and got to process old memories. She is so strong, I call her a “bad ass” , as she is such an inspiration as she is very embodied and present. When Seraphima appeared on my feed I immediately reached out and not only did she answer all of my questions she fulfilled her promise of showing us what she knew. The class was small and welcoming. What I Enjoyed the most is that we spent majority of the class practicing hands on techniques and experiencing different bodies to work on. Throughout the entire class she made sure to check on us and and answer any inquires. I already can't wait to take her next NYC class -- a lot of her students come back again and I understand why .
