I see Shelbee for a full-body, relaxation massage once a month and I've been loving it! I can definitely feel the difference in my body post-massage and the weeks following. I'm a fitness coach so I basically live in the gym, training clients and myself. She's been able to take tension off my knees and shoulders, which really helps with my strength training and kickboxing regimen. After our sessions, my mind is clear and relaxed. :)

"I have learned so much about myself through Shelbee’s coaching. Our first session began with the 8 dimensions of wellness. Through that, we were able to target areas of wellness in which I needed the most guidance. Shelbee has a gift for listening and understanding and was able to guide me toward mindfulness and breath-work as a place to begin to find inner peace. I am 6,000 miles away so I unfortunately cannot benefit from Shelbee’s physical touch but the calmness of her voice and the warmth of her smile transcends the physical barrier.
