I have horrible issues with my feet. That in turn causes tightness throughout my body. I have been going to see Wendy Wood for Fascia stretching. I just love her. The energy is great. She doesn't do a cookie cutter stretching. She really takes the time and helps me with my problem areas. I highly recommend her. The stretching is gentle but helpful.

I love coming here for yoga with Wendy! She makes our classes fun and I look forward to them every week! She is also great if you need to see her to get a good assisted strech, it feels amazing!

I love Kathie! My husband & I come from Grand Haven just for a massage with them. Seeing how much it's expanded over the years is amazing. I always feel better after a massage with Kathie. Can't wait to come back when I'm pregnant & experience the massages focused on pregnancy!!
