Hocks Tipp City Pharmacy

I am so thankful they deliver my prescriptions. Drivers are professional and drive a Hocks pharmacy vehicle. I get my prescriptions the next day. Have never had an issue. Thank you

.Extremely dissatisfied at the customer service I received today. There was a reason i dropped off my prescription in Tipp city. Its because I needed you to get my prescription over to the South Charleston location. So that way by the time I would have got to that location my prescription would have been ready. It took me 45 minutes to get there and you do not get the information over to them until 15 minutes before I arrived. So I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes at the South Charleston location. Which defeated the whole purpose. And I expressed to the customer service attendant that I was in severe pain in this medication was extremely important. So for 30 minutes you didn't do anything with my prescription. This location was not busy with other customers. I could have understood

These guys don't even deserve one star. I would never recommend this pharmacy. If they mess up, they blame the customer. A couple of females there has bad attitude. Not Loretta though...she's kind. You will have to beg them to get your meds right and the delivery guy has been seen picking his nose before taking meds to door at times. That's nasty.

Great experience! Went for a shingles vaccine. The pharmacist, Bob Curlis was kind, professional and very knowledgeable!
