I had an excellent experience at Hockley Smiles Dental. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and comfortable. I recently had both a filling and a crown done, and the quality of care was outstanding. Dr. Bilal is fantastic—professional, thorough, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. I felt confident that I was in great hands the entire time. Felicia at the front desk was also wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. It really sets the tone for the whole visit when the front desk is that welcoming. The dental assistants were amazing as well. I had an appointment here on their first opening day. The staff here makes me feel so at ease. I have a general anxiety about going to the dentist and have avoided going for a while. They all assured me I was in good hands, and they meant it! They went over various options they could provide to help ease my anxiety and help my appointments go smoothly. They really listen and are so kind about any concern I had. I would highly recommend this location everyone!
