Hoag Urgent Care San Clemente

We did not have a great experience here unfortunately. We took our daughter in for an xray for a possible broken bone. Everything seemed smooth until we did X-rays and they told us they were not able to give us a copy of our X-rays on a cd (which orthopedics needs) and that the only way we could get a copy of the X-rays sent to a specialist would be to call their medical records office and it would take several days to process a request to send the X-rays to our orthopedist. We have never had X-Rays done at any urgent care or X-ray facility where they did not have the ability to give us a copy of the images. They may be good for a common cold but I will not go here again for any possible broken bones if you are going to need a copy of your own X-rays.

I honestly really enjoyed my visit to Hoag Urgent Care. I had some chest pains, the medical assistants were very friendly and the Doctor provided great information and recommendations to my problems. The front desk was a bit shaky with communication and insurance, they seemed a bit shy and I felt like I had to probe and ask a ton of questions to understand what I was signing and how the insurance procedures worked. Other than that I would've given a 5 star!

Must I say , definitely will recommend Hoag Urgent Care San Clemente to everyone!! They went above and beyond with making my sons visit today less scary . My child was feeling terrible they were kind and patient and went above and beyond. We were handle with care and it was so quick in comparison to other urgent cares .

Made an appointment went in and got sent home because they wouldn't take my insurance or let me pay cash. We should have kept the hospital in this town instead of all these urgent care scams

Reserved my place online. Got in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was kind and nice. Thank you for making me feel better!
