Hoag Urgent Care Huntington Harbour

From the ability to schedule an appointment online to every staff member we interacted with at the urgent care, our expectations were exceeded. It was so nice to have an appointment time to cut down the wait time. The staff was outstanding. Truly, from check-in, to obtaining vitals, to our visit with the PA we received high quality care. The environment was welcoming, warm and efficient. The team was capable and competent. It was a great experience.

Front office girl was very nice. Checked me in quickly. There was one person in the waiting room and as I was walked back, there were several open rooms. I have been waiting in tje room for 45 min so far. I have been working in the medical field for 19 years. I can't tell you how I feel about this. It is absolutely unacceptable. Thank god I am not in pain.

I used the online appointment scheduling and the wait times at this urgent care. I was seen within a few minutes of checking in. The staff here were friendly and the doctor was nice! She answered my questions and followed up after I had an X-Ray to give me the results! Definitely recommend using the online appointment scheduling and wait times!

The Hoag Urgent on Warner was professional, filled my needs quickly and overall excellent care during my visit and with a follow up call after my test was done. NP was very kind and thorough.
