The front desk staff was friendly and acknowledged us right away. The check in process was quick and easy. The wait time was very pleasant, not long at all,even though we had not made an appointment. I like that yoi can see how many people are in line ahead of you. The nurse was friendly and kind. The doctor was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and easy, but the welcoming atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff is what makes the biggest difference! Thank you!

The medical professional who took my stats and gave me the throat culture and nose swabs was so kind and professional. She was very personable and made me feel taken care of. The doctor or PA who did the exam was also extremely helpful and gave me several options and respected my time, which I so appreciated. The entire visit was so great and impressive.

I was in and out (with X-Ray's taken) in less than one hour. The entire staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. I had an exceptional experience with the Hoag Urgent Care Team and thankful that I am now recovered and feel great.

Was able to schedule a same day appointment. Arrived a bit early as they suggested and things moved along smoothly. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Additional services which were recommended and I certainly felt I also needed were performed during the same visit and then the results were provided to me, in person, by the attending medical professional. A course of care was prepared, a prescription filled and I was back on my way. We are here in CA from the east coast so all of my PCPs are back east. I was skeptical about urgent care as I have had bad outcomes in the past (from FL) but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing immediate medical attention.

My wait time in the waiting room was as little as 10 min. My wait time to see the Dr was less than 10 min. Dr Ida was great! Good listener, thorough, and understood my concerns. In and out in less than 45 min. Great experience
