I had my first baby there. My. experience was truly exceptional. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team exceeded my expectations. 😍 Nurse Sandra was an amazing and I will always be grateful for how she supported me during such a special moment in my life. ❤️

Simply amazed at the personal and professional care. I had an outpatient surgery here. All staff could not have been more caring and truly pleasant. The recovery room nurses weren’t like other recovery room experiences I’ve had in the past who have tended to be on the grouchy side. When you have OP surgery you have a private room and bath for you and your family members for the day. It made it so much more pleasant. I can understand why my surgeon uses this hospital.

I had a planned induction and I can’t begin to say how grateful and blessed I feel to have come across this hospital. I gave birth to my first baby and I was terrified going into it to say the least. EVERY single nurse that I came across made me feel so incredibly calm and comfortable. The nurses constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. I felt like they were my family members. When it was time to push my nurse talked me through it all. I wish I remembered everyone’s name I was just running on adrenaline but just know if you plan on giving birth here you will feel at home. Everyone was so kind. My heart is so full. The nurses and everyone I came across are forever imbedded in my brain.

This rating is getting 2 stars rather than 1 because this is my hometown hospital and my other experiences with other departments have been great. I’ve been hesitant to leave this review which is why it been months past but I just couldn’t let it go. Thanksgiving night my sister and I rushed my mother to the ER department because my mother started complaining of debilitating back pain causing her to vomit and feel as if she was having a heart attack. We drove her to the ER entrance and I ran in to see if I could get some assistance as there were no wheelchairs in the front to bring her in myself. I gave birth about six weeks ago at Pascack Valley Hospital, and I can honestly say it was one of the warmest, most comforting experiences of my life. I don’t have family here in the U.S., but every single nurse and staff member made me feel like I did. They cared for me, my baby, and even my husband as if we were their own family. They were not only incredibly professional but also so genuine and kind. It was clear that they truly love what they do — nothing ever felt like “just a job” to them.
