I will never book an appointment with this office again...and I have been seen by several great doctors in their group. The staff cancelled my appointment which I made online because I didn't have an MRI - excuse me wasn't I suppose to see a doctor to determine if I needed the testing? Gave me a new appointment and now a new time I could not make. Policies...policies. I couldn't even switch doctors without the doctors having to discuss if I could switch care? What does that even mean? Hackensack needs to put business aside and get back to excellence in patient care. I would love to tell my doctor directly why I am no longer his patient.

Dr Sodha was fantastic, so caring and went out of his way to help my daughter. Really went above and beyond his duties to make sure she was taken care of. Really appreciate the care he extended to us. Highly recommend!

I have seen Dr.Bassora, Dr Siegerman and my husband‘s been to Dr Klein. We’ve been to three separate offices and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Between the doctors and office staff I have never been anywhere that’s been this efficient and accommodating from front desk to examination room. 10 ⭐️

My wife had hip replacement surgery at HMH Orthopedic. We went there for a 2nd opinion opted to have the surgery done by Dr. Klein. Dr. Klein and all the nurses were professional, friendly and highly skilled. A big shout out to nurse Kimberly E, Lauren the PT specialist and Nurse Noel who were standouts in caring for my wife.

I have been going to Dr. KOHAN for a shoulder injury and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The front desk, nurses, staff, X-ray techs are all so kind, organized, efficient. Dr. KOHAN is a caring and attentive doctor. Also a plus- I’m always in and out so quickly. It’s one of the best medical practices I’ve ever been to.
