HM Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center

The staff was impeccable. I’m visiting from SC and was in a lot of pain from a severe toothache. The Charlotte VA Health Care Center referred me to H M Oral Surgery Clinic, and their team wasted no time contacting me to schedule a consultation. I received a call from Julie on Wednesday and she was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. She scheduled my consultation for Thursday with plans to extract the tooth on Friday. When I arrived for my appointment, I was again met with nothing but professionalism. The receptionist, Julie and Tamara made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that I was in good hands during a very painful situation. The dental assistant, Iris immediately escorted me to the room for my briefing and X-rays. After her briefing I was introduced to Dr. Mahgoub.

Dr. Mahgoub and the entire staff are amazing! They always made sure I was comfortable and treated me without judgement. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I had actually gone to one of the chains that do implants and received an entirely different plan of care including an upper denture and implants only on the bottom jaw. Dr.Mahgoub asked me if I’d rather have implants upper and lower. I told him they ( the chain ) said it couldn’t be done. He said well I can do it. He did just that. I had my final appointment today and couldn’t be happier with the result!! They are the best!!!

I’m post op 2 weeks now . Best decision I made was going with HM. I got too and bottom all on 4 and I couldn’t be more pleased . Great communication. Everyone is so polite and makes you feel right at home . No question goes unanswered. Still in my temps for a few more months and can’t wait to get my permanents .
