H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery

I had a 360 abdominoplasty after a 130 lb weight loss 20 years ago. Finally children through college and an upcoming wedding prompted me to search for a highly rated plastic surgery location to remove excess skin so I could find a dress that didn’t look like a tent. I had post surgery complications with a seroma and a portion of my incision not healing well (fluid build up as my lymph node channels took longer than hoped to reconnect). I give this location 5 stars for what they did with me and the complications post surgery. The staff is amazing, besides their skill and experience I felt like I could call for anything. Honestly, phenomenal experience. Went twice to the medspa and Megan is so knowledgeable, transparent and actually wants to make you look natural, like yourself and the best you can. Wish I knew the woman’s name at the front desk as well because she has been so welcoming and helpful also! Can’t wait to come back

I had a great experience for a CO2 laser treatment at H/K/B. I was a little nervous but Megan explains everything so well and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable during the procedure and I feel like if I have any questions in the next few days, they are just a call or text away. H/K/B in Mount Pleasant is my go to- outstanding staff, beautiful facilities and reasonable prices.

Above and beyond!! Hands down an excellent experience across the board.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facility was spotless and beautifully decorated—clean, chic, and super welcoming. The process was very quick yet very effective. I waited a few weeks to write this review to ensure my results were fantastic and, WOW, did Megan deliver!! She was so thorough, politely asking my opinion and making suggestions along the way. Her spirited, high-energy manner made the whole process so much better for me considering I'm petrified of needles in my face. I left feeling so confident and the results just keep getting better. This was also such an affordable option for a little tweak to my face with absolutely INCREDIBLE results. Highly recommend HKB!
