Update: And you did it again. So done with this low quality pharmacy! Good luck! Hinkle has recently started giving a 30 day supply instead of 90, claiming insurance won’t cover 90 days. I called our insurance company and this is not true. After doing research I found out pharmacists make more money filling 30 days vs 90. They did this to me last month. My son is 26 and aged out on insurance. The last two months, they have filed his prescriptions on our insurance. I called two months ago asking to remove his insurance from the system. They did not. I included notes this month saying no insurance, cash purchase and asked for 90 days. They gave him 30 days AGAIN. I made them fix their mistake today. She was not happy about being called out. I was NOT happy either. Do not take their word.

I want to thank Hinkle for a long time of service. They are very professional and a great customer service. They did my monthly refills on time every month very friendly and concerned.I have moved away but will always be grateful and thankful for the excellent service and treatment that I had with Hinkle and what they will do for you

I love their good customer service experience. I also LOVE the hometown family feel that you will receive with them, unlike with the big box chain stores. That family feel & experience they give you at Hinkle Pharmacy reminds me of when I was kid and how the pharmacist at the pharmacy were. There you honestly don't feel like a number and an Insurance ATM or just an ATM for BIG PHARMA. I would very highly recommend Hinkle Pharmacy.

Love Hinkle!! My daughter's and I have been customers for 10 years. They always have our medicine filled quickly. And whenever their out they'll refer us to someone who has the medicine at the moment. Great group of people.

This pharmacy is fantastic. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Hinkle Pharmacy is one of the few places in this day and age that still deliver on ensuring customers are fully satisfied by having things in stock or at the least setting proper expectations with a warm courteous smile and an “I can help you with that” attitude.
