Hinesville Pharmacy

Communication sucks! I have been at this place almost since 2010. Pharmacist on staff today sucked. They cater to people with the right skin color. No effort or care to help, and was treated dismissively Your employees need better training on customer service and professionalism. Regardless of anyone’s background or skin color, every customer deserves respect. I didn’t come hostile, and there’s no excuse for being treated that way. Please address this issue to ensure everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. Waited 45 minutes to be told to wait 20 minutes. Why do we keep letting this happen. Army folks, veterans don’t go here!

Bradley, Rph and his staff have always been patient and kind to us. I think the biggest issue with dissatisfied customers is that they don't know what their prescription insurance covers and they don't put any effort in understanding their prescription plan. They expect the pharmacist to know!! It's NOT the pharmacist's personal policy!!

Walked in on 1/28/26 was over looked by the older lady working the counter moved to another counter where a younger sweet lady was gave her my information for a med pick up she told me I needed a PA I told her it was already approved thats why Im here the insurance company called me she than walked to the back and spoke to 2 other people and came back to me saying it will be there tomorrow after lunch. I called on 1/29/26 after lunch asking was the medicine ready and was told that they couldn't fill it because they will lose money all of this couldn't be told to me yesterday 01/28/26

This is the best pharmacy in Hinesville. Hands down everyone is always so friendly and kind. Having a day walk inside and get some grate vibes.

Very rude and dismissive.. asked for a generic drug to what my pet would be receiving was told “i’m not a vet” correct, you are a pharmacist.. do pharmacist not know generic drug names? Update: changing review after speaking with the manager who was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure a more positive experience! Thank you.
