Hilton Building

The Hilton Building at Mayo Clinic is clean, well-maintained and well-labelled. You can drive up to this building that stands separately from the Mayo/Gonda complex. It is primarily a laboratory building. They do employ vampires, er, phlebotomists. So there is a large open waiting area. If you have any questions about where you need to be TRUST the signage. It seems strange in some places but it is ALWAYS correct. There are only certain elevators that take you to the right building. Also, if you see anyone in a blue Mayo Clinic athletic shirt walking around, feel free to stop them and ask for help. It is what they are there for. Anyone behind a desk has always been happy to help me as well. The building maze takes getting used to as they all connect underground.

Hopefully you didn’t follow the address provided by Mayo Clinic for your lab work (200 1st St SW), because that will put you on a street corner a block away from here. Check-in and staff is super efficient. Appointment was 6:50. They called my name at 6:49.

Wrong address as of April 2025. Just posting since Google has the Hilton labs and blood donor center in the wrong address. It is actually on 2nd Street and 2nd Ave, across the street from the south side of the Mayo building, attached to the Guggenheim building. It's currently listed as where the Ozmun building is. Also, if you're disoriented, the picture with the marble stairs, windows and large statue posted as the Hilton is actually where the Gonda and Mayo buildings meet, but it's very close to the Hilton via the subway.

Care is always amazing....but they rake you over the coals and steal every single penny then can. 3 separate consults for the same thing, only to be handed several doses of antibiotics and told take this until we can call you and figure out a date....Well 3 months later still no call, disputed the charges and told to pay a couple thousand for the 5 minutes each consultation took. Ill be looking elsewhere...took my care 4.5 hours home to my family doctor...was seen almost same day no consult and for pennies on the dollar....What a scam

The one and only place in the world where patients health comes first. Phenomenal care, caring employees and exceptional scheduling system. I cant thank each doctor and nurse I encountered enough for the care I received and the love I felt. Patients are #1 in their eyes. Thank you!
