Hilltop Park Post Acute

Hilltop has been an amazing home for my 80 year old mother. She had a stroke 20 years ago and has been in multiple nursing homes over the years. This is the first nursing home that she is truly happy, loves the food and is taken care of. The staff understands her, loves on her and truly cares about her well being. The transition into the nursing home was absolutely amazing and very easy after a visit to the hospital. Everyone has been welcoming and attentive from admissions to the staff. I cannot say enough good things about this facility.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Hilltop who cared for my mother. She received excellent care and support with steadfast kindness. She was in a comfortable environment that was always attentive, warm, and responsive. The staff was also very helpful, patient, and kind to me and to everyone in our family. We are deeply grateful. There are some very special people at Hilltop who I will carry forward with me in my heart.

No one aspires to go to a care home, but if you need post-acute rehab or long-term care, you couldn’t find a better place than Hilltop. My brother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer a year ago. After months in the hospital and radiation treatments, he was sent to Hilltop because they were one of the few facilities that allowed inpatient oncology. We didn’t choose Hilltop; the decision was made for us. That said, our experience was tremendous. While you pay people to do their jobs, you don’t always find compassion, love, and care in their hearts. At Hilltop, we experienced all of that and more. My husband has been at Hilltop Park a bit over 2 months now. My kids and I are very pleased with the care he has been receiving. The staff has been wonderful to him and to us. I have never smelled urine in the halls and the renovation has not been a problem. We are grateful.
